Ethics Bowl

Anjali Nambiar is a second year Biological Sciences major at UC Irvine. She joined UCI’s Ethics Bowl team in 2019 and loved the unconventional debate style focused on ethics, morality, and constructive arguments. She is fascinated by the intersection between biology and philosophy with a special interest in bioethics and clinical ethics. She is especially interested in exploring questions about how life and death are distinguished and how we can utilize modern technology ethically in medicine. She is excited to be serving as the vice president and hopes students across all majors will get a chance to see how discussions about ethics transcend subject boundaries.
